We are here to assist you if your cherished handmade jewelry requires repair. However, as every design is uniquely crafted, some materials or gemstones may no longer be available. In such cases, we will carefully replace them with a comparable high-quality gemstone or metal to maintain the integrity and beauty of your jewelry.

How to Request a Repair

To initiate a repair request, please complete the online Jewelry Repair Form and include the following details:

• Your Full Name
• Invoice Number or Purchase Date
• A Brief Description of the damage (e.g., broken clasp, missing stone, chain repair)
• Shipping Preference – Choose First-Class or Priority Mail for your return shipping

Repair Completion Timeline

• Our team strives to complete all repairs within 5 to 10 business days, ensuring your cherished pieces are returned to you promptly and in pristine condition.
• After submitting your request, please allow 24 to 48 hours for our team to respond with further instructions or questions.

• Subject Line: Ensure the subject header of your email reads "REPAIR" to help us quickly identify and prioritize your request.
• Photo Upload: Attach a clear photograph of the jewelry piece needing repair. This helps us better assess the repair before physically receiving the item.

Shipping & Repair Fees

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (to and from Shirley’s Designs Handcrafted Jewelry).
• Once we assess your repair, we will email you a confirmation and send an invoice for the return shipping fee. Repairs will proceed once payment is received.
